We will ship as tracked parcels to most European countries, excluding islands and other special territories (please ask us before ordering, if in doubt).

Please do not use post boxes or parcel locker systems like amazon lockers or DHL Packstation.

Packaging

We ship in a neutral packaging, listing a neutral sender. Please see the product pages for product packaging.

Important notes

• We literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost. Do not send parcels back to the sender address, they will not reach us.
• Use correct home addresses and names that will allow you to accept the parcels at the door personally or to collect them from the post office in time. We cannot do resends for parcels that were failed to collect or sent to wrong addresses.
• Shipping to non-EU countries is subject to change. Currently via untracked parcels only. Resends to non-EU countries incur extra shipping cost.
