Packaging

We ship in a netral packaging, listing a neutral sender. Please see the product pages for product packaging.

Important notes

• We literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost, this is to protect the privacy of everyone involved. Do not send parcels back to the sender address, they will not reach us.
• Use correct home addresses and names that will allow you to accept the parcels at the door personally or to collect them from the post office in time. We cannot do resends for parcels that were failed to collect or sent to wrong addresses.
