Returns

All orders are final and for privacy reasons we literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost, this is done to protect the privacy of everyone involved.

Please make sure to either accept the parcels personally at the door or to collect them from the post office in time. Do not send parcels back to the sender address, because they will not reach us.

We can offer a resend if the content of the parcel is damaged or the parcel is not delivered due to an error on our side or problems with the carrier. Please contact us in case of problems.

Refunds

We can offer refunds if we are unable to deliver, delivery fails by our mistake or if there are damages to the content during shipment. Please contact us in case of problems.
