Shipping

We will ship as tracked parcels to EU countries*, and as untracked to non-EU.

Please use your legal name and correct home address, you need to be able to show an ID at customs or post office!

Do not use post boxes, post offices or poste restante unless listed below, we have no control over the local carrier!

** We have only limited influence over the local carrier. The option listed is the most common, but it can vary. We usually have no choice between pickup or home delivery

Carriers, cost and delivery time

We are understandably very limited in which carriers we can use to send the parcels. This means we cannot always pick the most convenient, fastest or cheapest option.

We especially have no control over what carrier will transport the parcel once in the destination county. This is one reason we cannot accept many post boxes or poste restante option: the actual carrier might not deliver to your country’s post offices at all, etc.

Packaging

We ship in a neutral packaging with neutral sender. Please see the product pages for product packaging.

Returns

  • We literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost.

Resends

We offer one resend in case the parcel is

  • seized at customs
  • lost in transit
  • arrives damaged (please provide photos)

(For regions of high rist of loss and high fees we need to ask for additional shipping cost for resends, see list above)

We cannot offer resends for parcels if

  • you fail to receive because of wrong or outdated addresses
  • you fail to collect it from post office or customs (e.g. because of wrong name)
  • parcel is addressed to a post office, postal box or poste restante that is not listed above and consequently refused
