We will ship as tracked parcels to EU countries*, and as untracked to non-EU.
Please use your legal name and correct home address! No post boxes or poste restante!

Packaging
We ship in a neutral packaging, listing a neutral sender. Please see the product pages for product packaging.
Returns
- We literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost.
Resends
- We offer one free resend in case the parcel is lost in customs during shipment.
- We cannot offer resends for parcels that were failed to collect or sent to wrong addresses! Please use your legal name and a correct home addresses, and accept the parcel at the door personally or collect it from the post office in time. (Please don’t use post boxes, relay addresses, downstairs shops, etc. as shipping address, thinks like that are our #1 reason for lost parcels!)
