Application
A single spray dispenses around 8mg of progesterone. Best applied to scrotum, inner thighs or armpits. Each bottle lasts for around 200 sprays (around 2-3 months depending on dosage). Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
The bottles are not sealed so we give the shelf life as one year, regardless whether unused or partially used.
Dosage Guide
NEW: 50 mg/ml: 3-4 sprays per day should work for most people.
OLD: 60 mg/ml: 2-4 sprays per day
