We will ship as tracked parcels to EU countries*, and as untracked to non-EU. Ask us for countries currently not listed.
Please use your legal name and correct address! No post boxes no amazon lockers/DHL Packstation.

Packaging
We ship in a neutral packaging, listing a neutral sender. Please see the product pages for product packaging.
Returns
- We literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost.
Resends
- We offer one free resend for tracked shipment in the EU, in case the parcel is lost in customs during shipment.
- Shipping to non EU currently via untracked parcels only. Resends to non-EU countries incur extra shipping cost.
- We cannot offer resends for parcels that were failed to collect or sent to wrong addresses! Please use your legal name and a correct home addresses, and accept the parcel at the door personally or collect it from the post office in time. (Don’t use post boxes, relay addresses, downstairs shops, etc. as shipping addres!)
