Returns

All orders are final and for privacy reasons we literally cannot receive return shipments. Returned parcels will be lost.

Please make sure to either accept the parcels personally at the door or to collect them from the post office in time.
Do not send parcels back to the sender address, because they will not reach us.

• We can offer one resend if the parcel is lost in customs or problems with the carrier. Please contact us in case of problems. Resends of tracked parcels are free, resends for untracked parcels to We non-EU countries incur shipping cost.
• We cannot do resends if the parcel is returned undeliverable. Please use your legal name and correct/complete address!

Refunds

We offer refunds if we are unable to deliver, delivery fails by our mistake or if there are damages to the content during shipment. Please contact us in case of problems.
